Our Process

Step 1 – Executive Search Agreement signed

Step 2 – Conduct in-depth “INTAKE MEETING” with Life Sciences Human Resource Leader and the Hiring Leader

Step 3 – Receive and review Job Description

Step 4 – Launch Recruiting Campaign – Leverage 35+ years of Life Sciences Executive relationships, use both in-house and external Talent Technology and conduct highly focused search based on client’s specific job specifications

Step 5 – Screened and qualified candidates electronically submitted to clients (normally within 2-3 weeks)

Step 6 – Client feedback/Schedule Candidate Interviews – Adjust if job specifications/qualifications change mid-search

Step 7 – Select Finalists for Headquarters Presentation/Interviews

Step 8 – Collaborate with Client on Final Offer/Marketplace Analysis

Step 9 – Offer presented to Candidate

Step 10 – Candidate accepts offer

Step 11 – Guide candidates on a professional and effective resignation process with their employer

Step 12 – Candidate reports to work and begins employment
