Our Leadership – Our Founder and President, Al Luzi has placed numerous Commercial leaders in start-up, medium and large pharma/biotech companies.  He has made key placements in oncology, immunology, inflammation, neurology, rare disease, specialty and other therapeutic areas.

Al has 30+ years of experience calling on the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. He has worked with a variety of Marketing/Sales leaders and been engaged in several Marketing strategy sessions and launch meetings. In addition to making physician calls, Al has also had meetings with some of the nation’s largest Managed Care Providers. He is a strong advocate of “Topgrading” and utilized that hiring methodology as a leader in the performance consulting and healthcare sectors.
